Hair straightening is a technique used to eliminate curls and reduce wavy hair in which the basic structure of curly or wavy hair is changed to a straight form. Some important hair and scalp care is necessary for those donning the stylish braids. Dabbing a bit of sunblock on the scalp is critical to preventing sunburn. Hair extensions are a huge self-esteem booster because they give women the opportunity to get the long hair style look without the wait Hair extensions are individually glued to your own hair, causing damage to your hair and head. Hair rinse is one of the important ways by which we can protect the hair, make it smooth and easier to manage. Instead of running for costly hair products. Hair Brush is very necessary for getting beautiful hair. Beautiful Hair is an asset for any woman. Hair Conditioner is a way of giving the hair the nourishment it needs to look good. The hair follicles receive nourishment from the bloodstream, but the hair shafts ceases to receive nourishment by way of external care.</p>
<p>Hair Care Tips.</p>
<p>1.Castol Oil is better to apply castor oil for a healthy growth of hair.</p>
<p>2. If your hair is thin, wavy, curly or stick straight, try to accept the fact and don&#8217;t be embarresed and torture your hair by using strong chemicals that may damage it just to straighten it or curl it.</p>
<p>3. Wash hair with tea once in a week.</p>
<p>4. Proper hair care is the use of proper hair care products and proper hair care techniques. Different types of hair need different hair-care products. The use of wrong products for hair care may even damage your hair permanently.</p>
<p>5. Apply besan in the hair and wash it with water drained from the cooked rice.</p>
<p>6. After cleansing, the scalp and hair need toning exercise. The toning of scalp and hair is achieved by gently massaging the head. This helps in stimulating and invigorating the blood circulation required for the healthy growth of hair.</p>
<p>7. Soak a handful of gooseberry in a cup of milk for two hours. Make it as a paste and apply it on your hair.</p>
<p>8. Maintain your hair with pride and consistency. Depending on the length and style, have it trimmed appropriately. If you wear your hair short, have the style refreshed every 3-4 weeks. If you are growing your hair longer, have it trimmed every 6-8 weeks to remove split ends.</p>
<p>9. Coconut Oil Massage: Massage hair with warm coconut oil an hour before washing with a hair shampoo. Let it soak. Cover your head with a hot towel and wash your hair after an hour or so.</p>
<p>10. Apply the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair. Wash it after some time.</p>

<p>To make an herbal recipe using essential oils, you can start by filling a four to eight ounce spray bottle with water. Add a few drops of coconut conditioner. To that, you will add a quarter teaspoon of five drops of rosemary essential oil and cinnamon essential oil. Depending on your preference, you can decide to add a few drops of grapefruit, vanilla, sweet orange or lavender oil. Mix the solution together.</p>
<p>Now, you have a recipe for your black hair care. You can spray the mixture on towel-blotted hair or damp hair and allow it to dry. If you have not washed your hair for one whole day, you can use the homemade spray on your dry hair and let it sit for five to ten minutes as the ingredients get absorbed into your hair.</p>
<p>You can even use this homemade recipe as a styling aid. It will help to make your hair soft and easy to comb. For extra moisturizing effect that you need for extremely dry black hair, you can add drops of olive oil, vegetable glycerin or aloe Vera juice to the mixture. To make a black hair care recipe that suits your hair needs specifically, don’t be afraid to experiment more with other different ingredient combinations.</p>

<p>Cellulite isn’t just a problem with the obese or overweights either. Normal sized and even skinny women suffer from cellulite as well!</p>
<p>It has been surveyed that 90% of ALL women have cellulite somewhere on their bodies. That leaves only a small 10% who are actually free from this problem.</p>
<p>Now before you start hating those women’s guts for being so lucky, you should ask yourself what you can do to get rid of your cellulite so that you will be a part of that 10%.</p>
<p>Eventually as enough women begin to solve this cellulite problem and rid them of cellulite, the 10% who are free from cellulite will grow to 15% and the 90% who suffer from cellulite will decrease to 85%, and on and on.</p>
<p>You little knew that ridding yourself of cellulite and helping your friends and family to do the same could have such a momentous effect, did you?</p>
<p>Everyone thinks dimples are adorable, but that only when they’re on your face. They don’t look quite so cute when they’re on your thighs, hips or any of the many other places of which we women are cellulite prone.</p>
<p>“What help is there for my cellulite?” You might ask.</p>
<p>That’s a good question since there are so many different claims about products and treatments that will supposedly “Diminish Cellulite in 10 Days!” or whatever claim they put out.</p>

<p>There are a lot of real things you can do to help rid yourself of cellulite. Proactive things that don’t involve liposuction, or having your thighs vacuumed over.</p>
<p>- Exercises which target certain areas with cellulite help a great deal.</p>
<p>- Eating a properly balanced diet is tremendously successful in clearing the toxins and fatty tissue from your body that result in cellulite.</p>
<p>- Even massages and saunas have been proven to help since they aid in the elimination process, which clears fatty build up, and in turn clears cellulite.</p>
<p>- Drinking more water also helps with elimination and cleansing your system from cellulite. So be sure to get your 6-8 glasses each and every day.</p>
<p>It’s also an interesting fact to know that men don’t get cellulite. Even when they get obese or fat.</p>
<p>Their fat deposits are structured differently than ours so the skin doesn’t dimple when they get bigger, causing cellulite, as it does with women.</p>
<p>This of course is a relief to women everywhere because no woman wants a man who has the same physical defect she herself suffers from and hates so passionately.</p>

<p>Dieting is a very hard thing to do. First you must commit yourself to modify the diet or current way you eat, which if not an easy task. Statistics on dieting are not good, so how can we find</p>
<p>a diet that is easy and will lose weight and lose weight healthy.</p>
<p>There are many good diet plans out on the market today. The South Beach Diet is a very popular healthy diet plan, there is the Negative Calorie Diet, which in my opinion is also a healthy way of eating. There is also the Idiot Proof Diet Plan which is exactly that, and is a healthy plan.</p>
<p>One crucial aspect of dieting is to burn fat but also feed muscle as you don’t want to lose weight and have a lot of flabby skin.</p>
<p>1. Do not ever skip breakfast, your breakfast gets your metabolism going, especially after a good nights sleep. Eat a healthy diet, like whole grain cereals, protein based foods that are low in fat, lowfat yogurt, etc.<br />
2. Drink plenty of water, for one drinking a lot of water keeps you feeling full and less hungry, drink less soda and coffee and definitely less alcohol as all of those can add significant calories to your daily intake.</p>
<p>3. Make sure you watch your carbohydrate and calorie intake. Make sure you keep track of your intake. Carbohydrates need to be kept low, as well as eating good carbs such as fruits and vegetables, stay away from your refined sugars, flours and processed foods.<br />
4. Take your time, don’t try to rush losing weight, lose weight healthy means lose weight slow, plus if you do it the right way, you will keep the weight off. Many people who lose weight to rapidly, as soon as they shift their eating habits back they put the weight back on quickly and usually a lot more weight than they originally lost. A resistance is built up which is called homeostasis, for example when our body heats up, we sweat, which is the response designed to cool down, this is homeostasis. <p>You should also take a regimin of vitamins and minerals. This will boost your energy and your metabolism.</p>
<p>To lose weight healthy, you must eat good foods, not just basing them on the caloric or carbohydrate content, and you must do some sort of exercise.</p>
